Returns

    • Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
    • Certain items, such as personalized or customized products, may not be eligible for return.

    • Include your order number and the reason for the return in your message.
    • We will provide you with a return authorization and further instructions.

Refunds

  1. Refund Process:

    • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

  2. Shipping Costs:

    • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges
